PEPPERED STEAK CASSEROLE

     Pieces of lean beef, marinated in 
     crushed black peppercorns, 
     white wine and brandy,
     casseroled with onions, 
     mushrooms and a 
     little cream.
     

 

     BRAISED BEEF AND ONIONS

     Slices of lean beef in natural gravy, 
     loaded with fried onions.  

  
     BOEUF BOURGUIGNONNE

     Beef chunks, casseroled in red wine 
     and herbs, with button mushrooms, 
     onions, diced bacon and garlic 

 

     BEEF IN OLD ALE

     Beef and onions, slowly simmered in 
     beef stock, barley wine and Guinness.  
 
 

   BEEF WITH GINGER AND HORSERADISH
     A spicy combination of beef, onions 
     and fresh ginger, Flavoured with 
     horseradish.  
 

  
     BEEF CARBONNADE

     Tender beef, cooked with onions 
     and garlic in a rich sauce of beer, 
     beef stock and Dijon mustard.  


 

     PORK IN CIDER SAUCE

     Lean pork, casseroled in a 
     delicate dry cider sauce

     

      COQ AU VIN
     Breast of chicken marinated in
     red wine & brandy, finished in a 
     rich  Burgundy style sauce with 
       mushrooms onions & bacon.


LANCASHIRE HOTPOT
     Diced lamb and seasonal vegetables  
     topped with sliced potatoes.  

   
IRISH STEW 
The purists version, consisting
solely of lamb, potatoes, onions,
fresh parsley & seasoning.



    
LAMBS` LIVER AND ONIONS
     Sliced lamb’s liver in rich gravy,
     topped with fried onions.

  
 
      FIVE BEAN CHILLI

     Red kidney, alubia, pinto, 
     soya & barlotti beans with 
     roasted peppers & sweetcorn
     in a hot tomato & chilli sauce.

RATATOUILLE
    
Aubergines, courgettes, onions, 
      peppers & tomatoes stewed 
      together in  olive oil with 
a touch 0f garlic

All dishes are supplied, cooked and frozen to order, in either individual size 
or 23cm square deep-dish aluminium foil containers
