 CHILLI CON CARNE
     Minced beef, red kidney beans, 
     onions and peppers, together 
     in a fiery Texan style sauce with 
     tomatoes  and chillies.
  

     LASAGNE AL FORNO
     Strips of Italian pasta. Layered with 
     bolognese and béchamel sauce 
     topped with grated cheese.  

   

       PORK IN CIDER SAUCE 
     Lean pork, casseroled with herbs
     in a delicate dry cider sauce.  


    
PORK BRAISED WITH GREEN PEPPERS
     Tender pieces of pork, onions, green 
     peppers and tomatoes, braised 
     together in natural stock, with a  
     touch of Chinese five spice.
     
  

     PORK IN ORANGE SAUCE
     A fruity mixture of pork, red currants 
     and orange juice.  
  

       LANCASHIRE HOTPOT
     Diced lamb and seasonal vegetables  
     topped with sliced potatoes.  


       
       MOUSSAKA
     Minced lamb and beef, onions and 
     tomatoes, cooked with  herbs and 
     cinnamon, then layered with sliced 
     aubergines and potatoes, 
     topped  with cheese sauce.
  
  

     COQ AU VIN
     Pieces of chicken, marinated in 
     red wine and brandy, finished 
     in rich Burgundy sauce, 
     garnished with onions,
     mushrooms and diced bacon.
      
     
       
    
CHICKEN ITALIENNE
     Boneless breast of chicken in a sauce 
     of tomatoes, sweetcorn, courgettes, 
     onions and peppers with basil and 
     a little garlic. 
  
    

FIVE BEAN CHILLI
     Red kidney, aluba, pinto, soya & 
     barlotti beans  with roasted peppers 
     & sweetcorn in a hot tomato 
     & chilli sauce. (virtually fat- free)

        RATATOUILLE
     Aubergines, courgettes, onions, 
     sweet peppers and tomatoes 
     stewed together in olive oil 
     with a little garlic.

All dishes are supplied, cooked and frozen to order, in either individual size
or 23cm square deep-dish aluminium foil containers.
